PLEASE NOTE:

If you have not used RAMP Registration before, you will need to create a new profile. 

How to register in RAMP:

1. Visit HoustonRingette.rampregistrations.com to login or create your family account.

2. Click on the Participant button to begin your registration.

3. Under "Choose Family Member to Register" select your player or Add Family Member.

4. Review or enter the information for the player, up to the email address.

5. Select your Package for the 2026-2027 season.

6. Please complete and sign all waivers and Parent/Guardian information.

FEES & PAYMENT:

To be eligible for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received in full by June 30, 2026. Regular Registration Fees will occur between July 1st and August 31st.

After August 31st there will be a $50.00 late registration fee applied. 

CONTINUING THIS SEASON: Registration will be paid in two separate transactions: 

(1) After selecting your registration package, you will be directed to the Ringette BC Registration Package to pay for your 2026-2027 Membership Fee. Payment can be made by credit card or KidSport.

(2) After payment for your Ringette BC Membership Fees has been processed you will be directed to the HRA Registration Package to complete your registration.  Payment can be made by credit card (either in full or in installments), by EFT in full, or by KidSport. Payment by e-transfer should be sent to houstonringetteassociation@gmail.com 

(no password required; auto-deposit is enabled)

In the memo line, please include the player's full name(s). This is very important to ensure that the payment is applied to the correct player. 

Houston Ringette Association Volunteer Policy 

To help support our programs and maintain affordable registration fees, each family is expected to contribute in the following ways each season: 

• Auction Donation: Provide one auction item with a minimum value of $50(1 item per family). 

• Home Tournament Volunteer Commitment: 

• Donate $25 Cash for raffle contribution per player

• Complete one volunteer shift during the event. 

• Tournament Roles: For every tournament your team participates in (including the Home Tournament), families are expected to help fill essential roles such as score clock operator, timekeeper. Shot clock operator is also required for U-12 and up. 

Please Note: 
Registration fees cover only a portion of our operating costs. Houston Ringette Association relies heavily on volunteer support to keep the sport accessible and affordable for all families. Your involvement is crucial to our success. 

Non-Compliance Policy 

To ensure fairness and shared responsibility, families are expected to fulfill the commitments outlined above. Failure to meet two or more obligations during the season can result in your child(ren) being temporarily suspended from on-ice activities until the commitments are fulfilled. 

Please note: No financial compensation or refund will be provided in such cases. 

HRA REFUND POLICY:

Refunds of registration applies to regular season registration in all age divisions from FUNdamentals 1 to Open 18+. There are no refunds of registration for the FLEX recreational adult program. 

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25.00 that will be deducted from any refund granted. 

• Full Refund - Cancellations of registration on or before September 25th (or first scheduled ice session) will not incur any penalty and are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administration fee. 
• 50% Refund - Cancellations occurring between September 25th (or first scheduled ice session) and October 27th will receive a refund equal to: 50% registration fee minus a $25.00 administration fee. 
• No Refund - Cancellations after October 27th are not eligible for any refund with the exception of medical reasons supported by a letter from a family physician. Medical cancellations will receive a prorated fee for the remaining of the season.

Ringette BC Membership Fees will be refunded separately based on the Ringette BC Refund Policy.
